Multiple laundries for each level/wings and off street parking spaces will be available. - Free Wi-Fi, water usage, electricity is metered at a small cost per kilowatt. Regular cleaner for all common areas and onsite managers for assistance to our students (Property Manager is your first point of contact). - Each room fitted with individual meters for electricity & charges will apply at 25 cents per kilowatts per room. - Lease terms are 6-12 months.
