23 Pryor Loop, Sheidow Park

Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Sheidow Park, this four-bedroom home is comfortable, practical and ready to settle into. Updated in 2020, the home has a relaxed feel with plenty of room for everyone to spread out without losing that sense of connection. The main bedroom comes with built-in robes and handy two-way access to the bathroom, while a split system keeps things comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fresh and functional, with a brand-new dishwasher taking care of one of life's less exciting jobs. Outside, there's a good-sized yard with plenty of room to enjoy, along with a large undercover pergola that's made for weekend barbecues, a morning coffee or letting the kids play outside when the weather isn't playing nice. There's also a tool shed with space for the mower, bikes and all the other bits and pieces that need somewhere to live. And then there's the location. Local schools, parks, walking trails and shops are all close by, so the everyday stuff is nice and easy. A comfortable home in a quiet spot, with enough space to properly make yourself at home. Rent: $660 per week Available from 16th November 12 month lease offered
